Anders Jørgen Bjørndalen

Anders Jørgen is the Chief Revenue Officer at Stacc Group, leading growth and customer operations. He has nearly a decade of experience in growth acceleration of B2B Software firms as a strategic and operational advisor and growth partner.

Prior to joining Stacc in 2025, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and a core leader in McKinsey’s European Software Service Line. Anders Jørgen has co-led successful SaaS teams in geographical expansion, customer segment expansion, enterprise value expansion, pipeline acceleration, partnerships, product, and transactions, as well as held P&L responsibility himself.

Anders Jørgen holds an MSc in Finance and Private Equity from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He has also graduated from the Norwegian Army Officer Candidate School prior to his studies.
