Building technology that respects the planet
As a provider of data-driven services and products, Stacc prioritises sustainable software — green code. Our engineering principles are clear: We design reusable, efficient, economical, scalable and long-lasting solutions:
Reusable: Modular components that cut duplication and waste
Efficient: Performance-optimised services that reduce compute and energy use
Economical: Right-sized infrastructure to avoid over-provisioning
Scalable: Elasticity to match demand and prevent idle capacity
Long-lasting: Maintainable code that stays useful, reducing rework and churn
Responsible operations
We actively avoid producing waste and emissions to air or water and ensure that no environmentally harmful activities are performed across our operations and supply chain.
Stacc is passionate about reducing impact on the environment and has adopted an eco-friendly business practice to reduce carbon footprints by following the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Certified commitment with Eco-Lighthouse©
We are proud to repeatedly achieve the Eco-Lighthouse© certification, aligned with the GHG Protocol, by The Eco-Lighthouse Foundation for our engagement in health, environment and safety as an important basis in our daily work. The certification sets a quality mark and shows the active and systematic work the company does to reduce negative environmental impact of our own operations, both externally and internally.
The Eco-Lighthouse Foundation is the first national certification scheme in Europe to be recognised by the European Commission. The recognition verifies that the scheme holds the standard and quality on par with international eco-labelling schemes (EMAS and ISO 14001).
Nature-based climate action
Through our collaboration with Trefadder, we compensate for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions using nature-based solutions that remove CO₂ from the atmosphere while creating local jobs. Trefadder provides carbon credits through carbon capture from Norwegian climate forests.
