SBAB has selected Stacc as its supplier to transform and automate its mortgage processes. Through the collaboration, SBAB gains access to a modern platform designed to reduce processing times, increase the degree of automation and create a smoother digital customer journey.

The collaboration means a simpler user experience for SBAB's mortgage customers. Stacc's platform enables faster decisions on loan applications and simpler processing throughout the entire journey. The platform also gives customers greater ability to manage their application themselves in a secure and transparent way.

It is very good that we have landed the agreement with Stacc. They have a strong product and are knowledgeable and professional. Stacc will be a valuable partner for us throughout the delivery project and in ongoing product development.
Robin Silfverhielm, CDIO at SBAB.

First Swedish mortgage customer

Stacc has invested extensively in adapting its product portfolio to Swedish regulations and market conditions. The solution covers the entire mortgage application lifecycle – from application and onboarding through credit assessment to disbursement. The agreement means SBAB becomes the first Swedish bank to implement Stacc's mortgage solution.

SBAB is one of Sweden's most respected mortgage providers. Their choice of our platform confirms our long-term commitment to the Swedish market. Sweden is a key market in our Nordic strategy.
Jimmy Afshar, Head of Mortgages in Sweden at Stacc.

Last week, we also announced an agreement with Norway's largest bank DNB for mortgages. Stacc already delivers credit automation solutions to players such as Avida Finans, Lea Bank and Nordea Finans.

We see strong demand across the Nordics for our platform, which combines a standardised mortgage process with the flexibility banks need to create unique customer experiences. Our technology makes it possible to increase the degree of automation and grow without having to scale up headcount at the same rate.
Geir Nordrik, CEO of Stacc.

Stacc is a Nordic software company that delivers solutions to banks and financial institutions across the Nordics and has approximately 250 employees across offices in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Revenue is estimated at approximately NOK 330 million for 2025.

SBAB offers loans and savings as well as other services to private individuals, housing cooperatives and property companies in Sweden. SBAB was founded in 1985 and is owned by the Swedish state. The group also includes the property site Booli and the estate agent guide Hittamäklare.
