Unsecured loans

 

Manage all aspects of unsecured loans portfolio.

Start with a fully automated account creation and payout of the initial loan. The setup also includes all customer-roles involved (ie co-borrower), fee and interest rate structures, additional products (ie insurance) and ie commissions calculations.

The system calculates the corresponding payment plan and issues invoices for down-payment as agreed. High volume of invoices would normally be distributed in different channels (email, pre-approved banking scheme, to customers online bank) via suitable partners. 

Enjoy automated reimbursement, payment and matching functionality and advanced business rules to handle over/under/not identified payments. If a customer default on the loan it will be automatically handled via the two-way interface to a partner focusing on debt collection.

Make changes to portfolio or single account with respect to fee structures, interest rates and due dates as required by the business.

Provide the customer with self service (online banking solution) to provide account statements, remaining loan balance. 

Secured car loans

Use the platform to manage your leasing portfolio.

Manage your leasing contracts with a high level of automation. The setup also includes all customer-roles involved (ie vendor), fee and interest rate structures, additional products (ie insurance) and commissions calculations.

The system calculates the corresponding payment plan and issues invoices for down-payment as agreed. High volume of invoices would normally be distributed in different channels (email, pre-approved banking scheme, to customers online bank) via suitable partners.

Deposits

 

Offer your customers a flexible deposit account.

Tailor the deposit account product to meet your business needs. Some banks provide high interest rate with or without some threeshold(s), monthly or quartaly capitalization of interest and flexibility with respect to number of transactions.

The system will calculate and post all interest and/or fees according to your setup.

All characteristics could be handled at the account level, allowing you to respond to new market conditions to attract new customers without altering existing customers or work with advanced customer segmentation.

Fleet management

 

The platform supports fleet management and operational leasing, typically within the auto industry.

Setup any number of extra services (toll fees, insurance, service & maintenance, tires, storage) on the relevant contracts. Each customer will be allowed to make changes and tailor the contract to their needs.

The system will be able to record usage data / external data and handle automated invoicing of services accordingly. The system also supports you with respect to all involved vendors and suppliers.

Provide end clients with self services solutions on mobile and/or on the web.

Typical project roadmap

The implementation if the Stacc platform with a new customer normally require a pre-study followed by an implementation project. The project can be lightweight and completed within a few weeks or be more complex and be completed within a matter of months.

The pre-study will normally be conducted to determine all the product characteristics, all internal and external interfaces and partners. Furthermore the pre-study also investigates and walk-through all business processes and determine any customer-specifics needs and relevant business documents.

If relevant, the pre-study will also investigate how to handle a conversion of an existing portfolio from another system.

After the pre-study the implementation project will be estimated and agreed with respect to roles, level of support, timeline and cost. 

The implementation project will configure and tailor the platform to the findings from the pre-study both with respect to product and process, setup all interfaces and business documents and perform testing.

The project will assist when the system go live and for the first weeks in operation.

After a few weeks of successful operation the implementation project are concluded, but Stacc will continue to follow up as agreed in the maintenance agreement.
