She has extensive experience in leadership and has been a manager for many professions and occupational groups, including doctors and psychologists, with responsibility for staff, operations, and finances.

Hanna believes in inclusive leadership and also has a broad educational background in project management, leadership, and law. She sees the positive in people and is stimulated by helping people grow. Hanna thinks that structure and simplicity are what's needed to facilitate for the employees in the organization to do what they are best at.
